In an October 12 X post, the Call of Duty team confirmed that the Ricochet anti-cheat system is in place for the MW3 launch.
The good news is that Activision have confirmed that Modern Warfare 3 will feature a new and improved version of Ricochet anti-cheat when the full game launches. This was revealed in a blog post prior to the game’s official reveal and again in the above post.
In the post, the devs said fans can expect: “New additions to Ricochet Anti-Cheat as well as new anti-toxicity plans to continue to deliver a fun, fair, and welcoming online experience for all players.”
