Here’s all you need to know about Gunfight in Modern Warfare 3.
Will MW3 have Gunfight?
Yes, Modern Warfare 3 will have the Gunfight mode with Season 1‘s release, as the devs confirmed through a blog post on November 17. The mode will feature a brand-new small map called Training Facility.
Additionally, the devs revealed that the map roster will include “returning 2v2 maps” from the previous title, Modern Warfare 2.
What is MW3 Gunfight mode?
Gunfight in MW3 is expected to follow the same format as previous iterations, entailing a 2v2 round-based, single-life format where teams are deployed into small maps equipped with the same weapons with the objective of being the last team standing.
Similar to the Gulag from Warzone, if players fail to eliminate each other, a flag will appear in the center of the map so that the teams can fight to capture it and win the game. In order to win, one of the duos will need to secure six round wins.
