Fortnite Season 5 is almost over, so you only have a few weeks left to earn all those neat skins and other rewards. There is a new set of tasks that you can attempt while making your way to the next tier of the Battle Pass with the week 7 challenges.
The end of Fortnite Season 5 is just around the corner, with the Battle pass set to end on March 15, 2021. This means you’d better hurry if you want to complete it and earn some neat cosmetics and XP.
We’re now in week 7 and Epic Games have released new challenges for you. This week’s tasks will require you to hit up Slurpy Swamp and Holly Hedges while collecting shields.
Here’s everything that you’ll need to do.
Fortnite Season 5 Week 7 challenges
There are a total of eight challenges for you to attempt during this week. Seven of them are Epic Quests that you can complete at your own leisure, and there is also a timed Legendary challenge you must tackle before the week ends.

While last week’s challenges focused revolved around fishing, this week’s focus is on shields. Here are all the Fortnite Season 5 Week 7 challenges:
- Visit Houses in Slurpy Swamp in One Match (3)
- Collect Books from Holly Hedges and Sweaty Sands (5)
- Consume Shield Potions (3)
- Destroy Slurp Barrels (10)
- Search Chests in Slurpy Swamp (7)
- Gain Max Shields in a Single Match (1)
- Eliminations with Zero Shields (1)
- Damage Opponents in Vehicles: 500 / 1000 / 1500 / 2000 / 2500
The Epic Quests are fairly easy to complete, and you can check off the first one by landing in Slurpy Swamp. After you visit the houses, you can destroy 10 Slurp Barrels right away, but you’ll need to watch out for other players.
Once you’re done with that area, you can rotate towards Holly Hedges and Sweaty Sands to collect the books. You’ll earn 20,000 XP for each challenge that you complete, and can earn up to 140,000 XP total by getting them all.
You can find Shield Potions while looting chests and destroying structures with your pickaxe. That’s the easy part, but things will get a bit more difficult when coming to the Legendary Quest, which requires you to dish out damage from vehicles.
This is much easier to complete with a little help from your friends. All you need to do is have one of them drive around the map and get you near your opponents. This will leave you free to aim and shoot at the enemy.
